No, they must be kept refrigerated. Lemon Swirls ship frozen for safe travel, but if your bottle arrives a little thawed, just place it in the fridge and let it settle in. Refreezing can affect quality — so sip it chilled and happy.

We ship frozen bottles using recyclable liners and ice packs, all sent through 2-day cold-chain shipping to keep your Lemon Swirl™ bottles safe and chilled on their way to you. Thawing in transit is safe…please put your bottles in the freezer upon arrival!

Ideally, you are home! But if not, know your box will stay insulated for a few hours. Just bring it inside and move the bottles to the fridge as soon as you can! 

Thawing is totally normal. Simply place your bottles in the fridge and enjoy once thawed. After opening, sip within 10 days for the freshest experience.

We currently ship across the continental U.S., but not to P.O. boxes.

Right now, our frozen shipments travel via UPS or FedEx through our fulfillment partner, which means we can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses (those require USPS).

We know that’s not ideal for our military and overseas friends, and we’re actively exploring USPS options so we can reach you in the future. If you have access to a U.S. street address (a friend or family member, for example), we’re happy to ship there in the meantime.

Yes. Our PET bottles are fully recyclable – just give them a quick rinse and place them in your recycling bin.

Feel free to reuse or refreeze them. If you’d like to dispose of them, simply drain the gel and recycle the outer material where facilities accept it.
