We make it in small batches with four real ingredients, and we use HPP instead of heat, which helps preserve the fresh flavor and nutrients. Lemon Swirl makes it easy to add lemon water to your day, however it fits your routine. We designed it as a morning ritual: mix one serving into warm water first thing to hydrate and start your day. But there's no wrong way to enjoy it. Try it:

Please don't refreeze them. Lemon Swirl ships frozen for safe travel, and it's normal for bottles to arrive partially or fully thawed. Just pop them in the fridge when they arrive and keep them there. Refreezing can affect quality and the bottle seal, so sip it chilled and happy!

Lemon Swirl is made without gluten or dairy ingredients. Because it contains honey, it isn't considered vegan.

Lemon Swirl contains honey, so it's not recommended for children under 1 year old. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have questions about your child's diet, please check with your healthcare provider.

That's the turmeric! Lemon Swirl is made with real cold-pressed turmeric, which has a naturally vibrant golden color. Every now and then, a little can transfer to the label or bottle during production. It doesn't affect what's inside. It's just a sign we work with real ingredients.

Yes, we do charge for shipping. Because Lemon Swirl is fresh and refrigerated, we ship it in insulated packaging with ice packs to protect quality during transit. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We’re committed to delivering your bottles cold, safe, and ready for your daily ritual.

Every order is packed with ice packs in an insulated box and ships early in the week via UPS. Transit usually takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location, and you'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

To keep your order from sitting in transit over the weekend, if a Wednesday shipment wouldn't arrive by Friday, we'll send it the following Monday instead. Please refrigerate on arrival.

Ideally, yes, but we know life happens! Our insulated packaging is designed to keep your order cold in transit, not to sit outside for long after delivery. Please bring your box inside as soon as possible after it arrives.

If you won't be home, we recommend shipping to your workplace or a trusted neighbor, or using UPS My Choice® to redirect your package to an address where someone can bring it inside right away.

Once your package is marked delivered, it's your responsibility to bring it inside and refrigerate your order promptly.

Thawing is totally normal! Lemon Swirl ships frozen, and your bottles may partially or fully thaw along the way. What matters is that your order arrives cool to the touch: as long as your bottles and/or ice packs still feel cool to the touch, your order arrived in good condition. Just place your bottles in the fridge right away, and once opened, enjoy within 10 days for the freshest taste.

If both your bottles and ice packs feel warm, please don't consume them. See "What if there's a problem with my order?" below.

We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. We don't ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses yet, but we're working on it! All orders ship via UPS.

Absolutely! Log into your subscriber portal anytime to update your address, payment details, or delivery frequency. Just make your changes before your next order processes so they apply to that shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, or with both the ice packs and bottles warm, please don't consume it. Reach out through our Contact Form or at hello@thewholehope.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the box, shipping label, bottles, and ice packs as you received them

Claims submitted without photos or more than 24 hours after delivery can't be reviewed. Each claim is reviewed case by case, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final and we're not able to accept returns. Refunds are only available for orders that haven't been processed yet.

Shipping charges, including our cold-chain fee, are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, or with both the bottles and ice packs warm, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement shipped at no cost to you.

The Whole Hope is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages
• Product left out for extended periods after delivery
• Weather or carrier delays outside our control
• Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address
• Packages held, rescheduled, or picked up from a UPS location at the customer's request

Yes. Our PET bottles are fully recyclable – just give them a quick rinse and place them in your recycling bin.

Feel free to reuse or refreeze them! If you'd like to dispose of them, please follow the instructions printed on the pack.

Most curbside programs accept them. Please check with your local recycling provider for further details.
