Hope, Habits, and Daily Lemon Water
Created by holistic health coach Hope Skouras, The Whole Hope is a reminder that wellness can be simple, consistent, and intentional.
Meet Hope
How It Began
Hope Skouras knows firsthand that feeling your best doesn't come from one big change. It comes from the small choices you make every day.
Diagnosed with Crohn's disease at 17, Hope spent years learning what it means to truly care for her body. After a flare in 2020, following the birth of her third child, she took a more holistic approach to her well-being and became a certified health coach.
Along the way, she learned that taking care of herself wasn't about perfection. It was about consistency: simple, intentional habits that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. That belief became the foundation of The Whole Hope.
"This is your moment of calm, before caffeine, before chaos."
The New Daily Ritual
One ritual has always stayed at the center of Hope's mornings: a warm glass of lemon water. As she shared it with her community, she kept hearing the same thing. People loved the idea but didn't have the time.
Hope understood. Squeezing lemons and grating fresh ginger and turmeric every day isn't realistic, especially on busy mornings. And if a habit isn't easy, most people won't stick with it.
So, in her kitchen, she created Lemon Swirl™: a ready-to-mix blend of organic lemon juice, cold-pressed ginger and turmeric, and organic honey. She chose a gentle cold-pressure process (HPP) instead of heat to help preserve its fresh flavor and nutrients, putting quality first. Just add one serving to water, and your daily lemon water is ready in seconds. Each bottle makes 8 servings, and every serving is a good source of vitamin C (10% DV).
The name says it all. Hope's whole hope in creating Lemon Swirl was to help others support their wellness with ease and intention, one simple ritual at a time.
